Field based Product specialist / surveyor
We are looking for consultative candidates who are either in a field based position or looking to move into this field.
Our client is looking for a product specialist to attend appointments within the M5 area, visiting people in their home, Ideal location to be based Taunton or Exeter area with good connections to M5.
The position is more a consultative role than falls under a field based Product specialist / surveyor, There is no selling to the customer, you are not selling equipment you are establishing their needs and gaining approval from the local authorise who are paying for the service/equipment.
This really is a fantastic field based position that has come available, very good perks in terms of;

* Great basic salary GBP32,000 plus GBP6k bonus (quarterly bonus of GBP1,500 very realistic)

* Holiday 22 days a year increasing to 25 days length of service PLUS Bank Holidays
* Hours Flexible 7:30-4:30 half hour lunch (can manage own start and finish times) Customer service team book appointments against hours you update system
* Customer service team booking your appointments that you are able to move or change
* Area: within the M5 not national
* Covering within South / west area ideally home location's: Turton Cornwall, Bristol, Exeter and surroundings
Company is a small company of approx. 50 staff including 7 field sales
UK Driving Licence required ideally no more than 6 points
The job itself is to visit pre-arranged B2C customer's in their homes with healthcare equipment 90% chair's, being consultative finding a need for the client
Taking equipment to demonstrate product's, chairs come in 2 parts easy to put together however can be heavy so need to be fit and able, you lifting but moving equipment.
The cost of the chairs is not being paid by the customer, it needs approval by the local authorise who are paying for this service, dealing with OT Occupational therapists that need to approval.
Pre-appointments are approx. 3-5 appointments a day there is a lot of travelling in this position.
We are interesting in great candidates that have some face to face appointment experience that natural fair to make people feel comfortable in their own homes, to support them in finding medical solutions that can be fitted in their homes, we are open to any industry backgrounds we have employers from a banking background, car sales background, field sales background very varied its more about the person than industry
