Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor for a local manufacturing business. Reporting into the HR Manager you will support a number of business units to deliver an operational and strategic Business Partnering approach.
The successful candidate will work within a commercial fast paced and effective HR team environment and will take responsibility for:
*Supporting the business in Employee Relations with demonstrable experience across the following areas: disciplinary, grievance, sickness/ welfare, performance management, conduct and capability
*Supporting the managers to deliver Performance Management, Budgeting, have strong stakeholder management skills, influencing and directing the business Workforce Planning and Change Management
*Supporting managers with recruitment
*Developing the HR Assistant
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
* Leval 5 CIPD Qualified
* Extensive Employee relations background
* Experience of supporting a blue collar workforce
* Up to date knowledge on all aspects of employment law
* Commercial with a Business Partnering approach
