Infrastructure, Facilities and Services Manager
A superb career opportunity for a commercially aware and forward-thinking strategic Senior Manager.
The Role - Infrastructure, Facilities and Services Manager
As the Infrastructure, Facilities and Services Manager, you will lead on all aspects across our sites in the UK. Your main place of work will be at the head office in Crewe with travel required to all of our sites in the UK on a frequent basis.
Your duties will include, although will not be limited to:
* Capex budget development and management
* Repairs and maintenance budget development and management
* Project management of key infrastructure projects across all sites
* Leadership and development of the Facilities and Services team
* Developing and maintaining collaborative and effective working relationships with colleagues across the business
* Contract management and negotiation
* HSEQ compliance
* Supplier management
The Package
* Permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week within Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend/night shift work as and when required

Our Requirements - Infrastructure, Facilities and Services Manager
* Experience with successful management of infrastructure/facilities projects to scope and budget
* Be commercially astute
* Experienced as a people manager
* Demonstrable experience of effective contract negotiation and management
* Track record of cost-effective management of capex, and repairs and maintenance budget
* Demonstrable experience of delivering process and systems improvements
* Knowledge of HSEQ compliance requirements
* A full valid UK driving licence
Although not essential, experience within the rail sector is highly desirable.
