My client specialise in the supply, installation and maintenance of electrical solutions for various commercial and industrial customers across the country. They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join them on a full time and permanent basis, working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm, paying up to GBP19k per annum depending on experience.

You will be working alongside the Office Manager within the Projects team delivering clear communication to external parties such as suppliers, engineers and sub-contractors. You will be responsible for ordering materials for the live projects and downloading hours and booking these on to the job ready for back costing.

Additional responsibilities will include:

* Raising purchase orders

* Collating hours and logging hours to jobs

* Chasing and updating subcontractor insurances

* On-hire and off-hire of equipment for for Project Managers

* Supporting in maintaining online portals for accreditations

* Supporting with the coordination of training

* Chasing weekly requirements from Engineers for reports, checklists, and uploads

* Pulling down and filling weekly site audits

* Accepting deliveries and booking in

* Supporting in management of company livery and vehicles

* Ordering and maintaining stationary

* Answering telephone calls

* General administrative duties as required

To be considered for the role you must:

* Have a strong administrative background

* Be able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines

* Be able to work in a team environment

* Be able to understand clear timelines and meet targets efficiently

* Have strong communication skills

* Ideal have some experience of CAD
