Brightwork, along with our well established client in Glasgow City are recruiting for Helpdesk Advisors to support their team during a peak period for the business.

Working within their busy Helpdesk Support team primarily with shift patterns 5 days over 7 - with currently both full & part time shift patterns available.

Duties will include:

Handling team mailbox and calls - resolving issues and reporting escalated account problems.
Log information and data accurately onto the internal databases and systems
Work closely with external contacts and departments to ensure completion of issues
Administer back office support for the team where required
The successful candidates will:

Have experience working within a customer service focused role - ideally within a Helpdesk environment
Be confident working with all MS Office packages
Have great communication skills both written and verbal
Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently!
Ideally have an ECDL or similar level of IT skills.
