Interaction Recruitment are proud to be working with this Peterborough based business in recruitng for a Full Time Receptionist/ Secretary. This will be 12 weeks via the agency before going permanent
The role will include:-
- Answering all incoming calls and forwarding them on to the correct department or taking detailed messages
- Meet & greet visitors
- Carry out secretarial duties such as copy typing letters, memo's as required
- Produce documentation in line with our clients business model
- Filing, labelling and archiving documentation as required
- Source & book accomodation as required
- Print drawings from PDF and CAD viewer
- Manage and log outgoing post
- Manage stationary levels and order in accordance with company guidelines including printers, copiers, etc
The Person:-
- Minimum of 3 years Reception/ Secretarial experience
- Excellent IT Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and diligent
What's on Offer?
- Salary of GBP19500 - GBP20000 per hour depending on experience
- On site parking
- Permanent role
- Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri
