An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Administrator to the join the resourcing team of a local NHS Trust.

Job Purpose:

To assist in the resourcing of temporary workers for the Trust's staff bank and provide temporary workers to fulfil the resourcing needs of the Trust, ensuring value for money.

To provide an effective staff bank temporary resourcing and rostering service to the Trust through effective planning, co-ordination, administration, customer service

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

Main duties:

Support the Staff Bank Resourcing Manager to resource bank workers and where possible fulfil booking requirements for temporary workers across the Trust, as required.

Support managers on the usage of the Staff Bank and Rostering systems to ensure that effective demand management is identified, within Trust policies, safer staffing requirements and employment legislation frameworks.

Support the Manager to proactively market and promote the services of the Staff Bank through regular communication and engagement, internally and externally.

To support the Manager and HR team in providing a high quality temporary resourcing service to the Trust.

Provide comprehensive planning, co-ordination and administrative support within the service including recruitment, registration, bookings, query resolution.

Provide basic advice to managers on the Staff Bank service, ensuring compliance with equal opportunities and employment practice.

Create and maintain excellent productive working relationships with managers, staff bank workers and Managed Service Providers

In conjunction with HR participate in regular recruitment and marketing events to develop capacity within the Staff Bank

Support the Manager to create and maintain a rolling interview timetable to meet the needs of the services, undertaking recruitment and selection of workers

Monitor and ensure compliance for all Staff Bank workers to receive relevant mandatory and refresher training on regular and timely basis.

Keep staff bank register of available workers up to date.

Take accurate booking details from clients including costs codes and create electronic bookings

Develop and co-ordinate staff rosters for Trust services

Cross check availability of registered staff bank workers to fill booking(s) as quickly as possible.

Liaise with Managed Service Providers when Staff Bank cannot fill bookings.

Keep managers updated of progress and update regularly.

Ensure timesheets, mileage claims and all relevant documentation is completed and accurately processed on a timely basis.

Liaise with relevant departments [payroll, pensions, HR and finance] to resolve pay and payment queries promptly and effectively.

Produce financial reports and management information as required

This is a non-permanent role initially up to September 2021 with the view of extension. Hours of work are 37.5 hours a week
