Technical Account Manager

This role, joining an international company who are market leaders in their field of transportation, is to provide front-time support and liaison between the organisation and your clients
The role of Technical Account Manager includes:-
Being the key point of contact for your clients
Responding to all technical communications from your client
Monitoring their fleet, analysing effectiveness, and reporting on statistics
Handle service review meetings and explaining service provision is provided within agreed guidelines
To be considered for the role of Technical Account Manager, you should :-
Have excellent communication skills, and be able to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
Have at least 3 years experience in a customer-facing service or support role
Have excellent analysis skills, and the ability to present your findings to a variety of stakeholders
Have a good technical aptitude, and the ability to describe faults and issues in a non-technical way
Have the ability to travel within the UK and Europe as necessary
An understanding of WiFi, public transport, passenger services, Linux, mobile technologies, or ITIL environments would all be useful in this position
