Junior Implementation Engineer, Software Implementation Engineer
Do you want to forge a career within technical implementation? Configure and deliver cutting-edge software solutions, from exciting client sites through to the comfort of your own home? Then this could be for you!
As the Implementation Engineer, you will join a forward thinking software company working within their technical implementation team, who have fully embraced remote working. You will split your time between providing technical support to clients pre and post implementation, troubleshooting technical/user issues and cover system configuration, documentation and testing.
The Implementation Engineer, will spend a large portion of their time supporting the delivery of solutions on-site and you will need to be comfortable working in a customer facing role. You will have the ability to develop strong, long lasting working relationships with both new and existing clients.
What's required of the Junior Implementation Engineer?
We're looking for a bright, inquisitive, technically minded Implementation Engineer - you don't need to know everything, but you need to be willing to use your initiative to solve the problem when you don't know! Ideally, you might have experience including:
- A background in IT and a passion for problem solving
- Experience working within a customer focussed environment
- Experience with SQL
