We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our client in Great Barr, B42.

The Customer Service Team Leader role is a straight permanent role.

Experience in a similar role is necessary for the Customer Service Team Leader role.

Main duties for the Customer Service Team Leader role:

* lead and motivate a team of 3-4 customer service operatives.

* to liaise with clients, internal account management.

* to provide clear and concise direction , support and guide the team through effective coaching.

* training and monitoring .

* attend internal meetings to discuss KPIs and team performance.

Main requirements for the Customer Service Team leader role:

* previous experience in a similar role, in customer services

* excellent leadership skills

* energetic and motivating individual

* good communication skills, both written and verbal

* computer literate

The working hours for the Customer Service Team Leader role are Monday -Friday 9am-5pm
