Our client is a UK commercial office and workspace provider, they are at the forefront of their game and offer some fantastic, cool, corporate and funky environments to work across London. As things begin to get busier, our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its Maintenance team.
As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for 5 buildings in Central London where you will carry out regular maintenance duties that include painting and decorating, basic carpentry, lamp changing, basic plumbing (blockages, replacing syphons), floor tiles, putting up TV brackets, and other minor fabric maintenance.
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician who has a proven track record in a similar environment and is used to carrying out ongoing maintenance tasks. P&D is probably one of the main tasks in order to keep the buildings looking great.
In addition, the Maintenance Technician must have excellent customer service skills, be able to use a PDA / Tablet. All specialist tools and supplies will be provided at each site.
