The Role - Applications Specialist (NGS, Robotic Liquid Handling Systems)
Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused Applications Specialist responsible for:
Onboarding new customers by engaging executive teams in the launch, driving ongoing adoption and managing renewals
Facilitate growth and improvement of company products
Perform pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training
Travel to current or prospective customer sites, luminary sites, trade shows and symposia as need to perform presentations or training
Provide ongoing application assistance and support to end users
Your Background - Applications Specialist (NGS, Robotic Liquid Handling Systems)
To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:
Experience working in a scientist or laboratory role using DNA sequencing, tissue typing or similar
Experience using automated liquid handling platforms
Experience of next generation sequencing (NGS)
