JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor - Shifts
Chance to join a prestigious company in Stonehouse, Stroud as a Production Supervisor. Paying GBP13ph working on a fortnight rotation. A great opportunity to develop skills and work in manufacturing industry.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:
To be responsible for staff on part of the manufacturing line.
Start up, re setting, running and shutting down of all machines on the line.
Training of operators within your line ensuring sign-off against training plans.
To allocate daily tasks to operators within your team ensuring output targets are achieved.
Ensure effective day by day communication to all operators within your team.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRES AS A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:
Previous factory experience.
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
Team orientated.
Leadership qualities.
Ability to work under pressure and to deadline when required.
