Cloud Support Engineer (AWS)
Gloucester - Remote
GBP45,000-GBP55,000 + Progression + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Pension + Private Medical & Dental for you and your family

This company are one of the UKs largest and most successful technology companies. They are currently investing huge sums of money into their Cloud Solutions programme and as a result have the need to recruit several specialist Technical Cloud Solutions Engineers into their Gloucestershire offices.
In this role you will provide support on AWS products to clients and customers. You will regularly communicate with other support specialists in the team and update 1st through 3rd line Support Engineers with updates and changes. Whilst remote, this role will require the successful candidate to travel to Gloucester for important meetings, no more than once or twice a month.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting an AWS Cloud Infrastructure. Experience with documentation, training and testing would be beneficial but not essential.
