We are recruiting for Production Workers to work 2 x 12 hours shifts (days) followed by 2 x 12 hours shifts (nights) on a 4 on 4 off planned rota for our client based near Cheltenham. This long-established family run business take pride in maintaining old values and offering excellent benefits, encouraging, and supporting staff development and promotion.
An intensive training programme and buddying up system is in place for new staff as health and safety takes top priority. Duties will include operating machinery and following strict processes and procedures. Picking and packing and other general warehouse duties. A forklift truck licence would be an advantage.
Applicants need to be focused and have excellent attention to detail to pick up on defects, production or quality issues as well as a keen work ethic.
