HVAC Engineer - Chester - GBP31,000
A brand new opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in Chester has now become live. They require a candidate who will be HVAC qualified with a proven track record in critical commercial building maintenance. You will be required to work as a static engineer covering one site based within Chester within a commercial, high-end environment.
This service provider is a stable business who is always looking to develop its already broad contract base leading to great career opportunities and promotions.
The successful candidate should have knowledge of the below duties;
* Mechanical, Plumbing & HVAC systems
* Pipe work fault-finding and repairs
* Air handlers and FCU's
* Good working knowledge of DXC systems
* AC unit repairs and cleans - VRV/VRF - multi and single splits
* General plumbing, hot and cold water systems
* Legionella tests
* Plant room maintenance
* BMS
* Emergency lighting, fire alarm, and smoke detector tests
* Remedial works
Hours of work;
* Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Overtime is also available
Requirements;
* Level 2 or 3 equivalent in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* F-Gas Category 1
* Flexibility of working hours, out of hours and weekends
* A proven track record in commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance
