IT Service Delivery Analyst
IT Service Delivery Analyst - Fareham - GBP27,000. My client, a large, UK wide and rapidly expanding company within he finance sector, are looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join a successful team in the Fareham office. The purpose of the IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Analyst role is to undertake and complete IT Infrastructure & Application analysis, support and administration tasks for the company's IT systems.
Your role will be to assist with technical support as required (additions, moves & changes) to the business' computer systems with minimum disruption to services. You will undertake user support, administration and implementation tasks for Business CRM Applications and will provide IT Infrastructure/Application analysis, support and administration in accordance with agreed service targets. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining all infrastructure and application management/support documentation and procedures and will ensure work carried out by Third Parties, adheres to the established standards and meets the requirements. You will be required to monitor server environment for security, capacity and stability concerns and will provide cover for other members of the IT team as required.
For this role you will ideally have:
Experience of working in an IT user, IT infrastructure, application support and administration role
Some understanding of working with a Data Centre/Colocation environment
Experience of working within a Financial Services organisation
A background working with CRM systems
Windows Server operating systems from (Apply online only) and associated services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS)
Virtualisation (in particular VMware vSphere 6.5+)
ITIL basics and principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
Good time/project management skills and a flexibility of approach to meet solution and delivery needsAs an IT Service Delivery Analyst with this company you will be earning a basic salary of up to GBP27,000 and will be entitled to a range of benefits including a 12.5% bonus, excellent pension scheme and Private Medical Insurance.
