Customer Service Agent - Bilingual - Italian & German
RSW is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in the Newport area. This is an exciting role with a great family run business. As a Customer Service Agent, you will have experience of working in a busy environment.
The Role:
* To successfully develop existing accounts to their full potential adding value to our existing operation.
* Dealing with both good being brought in and out of the country, so both import and export.
* Data processing and recording accurate information into the system.
* Speaking to customers over the telephone to chase missing information.
* Dealing with any issues / queries.
Package:
* 19,000 to GBP20,000 depending on experience
* 28 days annual leave (20 + 8 public bank holidays)
Working Hours:
* 40 hours per week, will include rotational weekends
The Candidate:
* Bilingual - English, Italian and German.
* Previous data entry / administrative experience is essential.
* Good knowledge of MS Office is required and ability to pick up new Software is essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and accurate data processing ability is essential.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
* Keen to work in a fast-paced role and able to meet deadlines.
* Will be given full autonomy in the role so must be happy to work well from own initiative.
* Keen to work as part of a team and have a flexible attitude and approach to work.
* The role would suit someone who is confident and personable and has a good personality to fit in with a sociable team.
