Peterborough
47 Hours per week (08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday & 08:00 - 12:00 Every other Saturday)

GBP9.20 per hour
Responsibilities
* Liaising with customers via telephone, email or face to face contact
* Updating all systems to ensure all orders are processed, tracked and fulfilled and providing daily updates
* Allocating jobs to drivers and following through to ensure these are completed
* Book cross hired vehicles using 'Nexus' for customers nationwide and update daily report to reduce cost
* General administration where required
* Complete vehicle defect sheets for vehicles that have off hired and require workshop dealer attention and make all necessary arrangements for repairs to be made
* Check new vehicles when delivered and label appropriately
* Monitor and make Navman movements
Requirements
* Strong communicator with the ability to work under own supervision
* Excellent customer service skills
* Effective ability to work methodically and to prioritise and manage own workload with changing priorities
* Accurate, clear and concise written communication
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Ideally has experience in the rental/fleet industry although this is not essential
* Minimum of 25 years old*
* Has a full valid driver's license*
* Enjoys liaising with people from a variety of backgrounds
* Bubbly personality
* Friendly demeanour
