Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic client on a HR Advisor role for their site in Doncaster.
Reporting on a day to day basis to HR Manager you will be the HR lead within the team so you must be an experienced HR Generalist, CIPD Level 5 qualified and comfortable with operating within a small HR Team and covering the full employee life cycle along with transactional duties.
Working on site Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. You will be involved in a wider range of activities from managing Disciplinary & Grievances through to coaching managers and promoting opportunities through employee engagement. There will be lots of opportunity to get involved with different aspects of HR with this business.

HR Advisor - About you
??Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 qualified/equivalent OR working towards
??You must have a proven HR generalist background within a Manufacturing or FMCG background
??Comfortable with Word & Excel with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
??Absolutely essential that you are happy to provide both HR Advice and support with the administrative side.
??Strong UK Employment knowledge is absolutely essential.
