Tender Administrator
Halifax (full time)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tender Administrator to join a world leading manufacturing company Based in Halifax!
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Tenders Team identifying potential opportunities, collating materials all while achieving deadlines for tender and evaluation submissions.
The job role will include:
* Day to day administration support for the Tenders Teams
* monitoring multiple busy in-boxes from internal and external sources
* Arranging meeting as and when required
* Contacting customers for research and fact finding purposes
* Answering and distribute all incoming enquires to the relevant clients/departments
* Reviewing tender portals daily to identify opportunities
* Producing monthly reports for the tender pipeline
* Liaising with Business Development Managers provide regular updates and quotations
* Provide support to coordinators in sourcing information such as technical sheets, testimonials, reports, bids, contracts etc
* Identifying tender opportunities products and services offered
* Building and maintaining relationships with all departments to gather an understanding of each individual requirements of the bids
* Providing support to the Sales and Sample teams
You will have:
* Exception time management and organisational skills
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems
* Excellent communication skills internally and externally
* Experience of tender writing is desirable
* The ability work effectively and efficiently achieving strict deadlines
* Administrative experience
