Customer Service Advisor

My client is a not-for-profit organisation, ensuring the quality of work a consumer has completed in their home is of a required standard. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team to be the 'go to' person for all customer related matters.

The Customer Service Advisor (known as Service Delivery Advisor) will pride themselves on providing high quality service to both consumers and businesses.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer queries via phone and email, ensuring effective resolution or escalation.
Assist with the day-to-day administration of new scheme members and leavers
Deal with complaints from consumers and businesses using the appropriate dispute process.
Keep accurate records of service delivery activity.
Offer support and flexibility when required within the business.
You should have worked in a customer services environment and be adaptable and a quick learner, with the ability to pick up new software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be important, and you should be eager to take responsibility of customer issues and queries. You should also be confident with Outlook, Excel and Work.

A trade/construction, energy, property management, home insurance / claims would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be given.

There are two vacancies available. They will be temporary initially through Wote Street People. After a period of 3 months, there is the possibility of converting to a contract with my client
