MYNT Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a growing and ambitious supplier of medical equipment to the NHS. This company has grown massively over the last few years and are now looking to increase their customer service team The company is recruiting for a full time and permanent Customer Service Assistant to join their team.
The Customer Service Assistant role is vital to this customer as you will be speaking to and dealing with many customers. You will need to provide efficient, confidential and a high level of administrative and customer service support.
The main responsibilities of this role are;
General order processing for the customers
Answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries or passing them to the appropriate department. Taking orders over the phone where necessary.
Ability to multi-task and perform other related duties within the customer service office
Giving information and helping to solve customer problems
Reception duties when required
Checking e-faxes and emails sent to public folder
We are looking to speak to experienced customer service applicants with good administration skills and a positive and fiendly attitude. The ideal candidate will also have the following experience;
Good working knowledge of Sage 200 or similar
Working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft packages
Good Customer Service skills
Willingness to learn and develop
A minimum of 3 GCSE's including English & Maths or equivalent
The Customer Service Assistant role is full time and permanent. It is an office based role. The hours are 37.5 a week plus 30 minutes unpaid lunch between 7.30am and 5.30pm. The exact working hours will be discussed at interview and confirmed on appointment.
The starting salary is GBP17,850 (GBP9.15/hr) rising to GBP19,380 (GBP9.94/hr) on completion of successful 12 week probation.
