We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to work 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday. In return for your skills and experience we are offering a salary of GBP18,000 per annum.

Reporting to the Team Leader; as our Warehouse Operative you will be required to deal with all aspects of a busy kitchen warehouse department, the accurate consolidation and 100% scanning onto the system of all kitchen products. You will also ensure the accurate loading and unloading of kitchen products with suppliers and delivery drivers.

As our Warehouse Operative you will:

- Assist Team Leader with kitchen processes including, goods in, goods out, vehicles and drivers

- Ensure the kitchen warehouse remains compliant and report any issues to the Team Leader

- Assist drivers and installers with loading of kitchen orders

- Be responsible for the consolidation, distribution and storage of all kitchen products, on time and first time.

- Ensure 100% of all products are scanned into our system and located accurately

- Be responsible for maintaining and management for own designated area.

- Ensure that all assigned daily tasks are completed to the required standards.

- Unload and load of vehicles, by hand or MHE exposed to, and up to 25KGs handballing

- Ensure that all ISO (phone number removed) (Health and Safety) and ISO (Apply online only) (Quality) procedures are followed in full and that all documentation is completed within the required time scale.

- Take responsibility for your own health and safety, and that of others that may be affected by your actions at work.

Skills and Experience required by our Warehouse Operative:

- Stockroom / Stores / warehouse experience.

- Audit and count experience

- Ability to work on own initiative and able to work well in a team

- Approachable

- Ability to communicate well with others

- Ability to multi task, as multiple tasks are requested

- Ability to adapt to change
