Our client is a well established landscaping business and they are looking for a part time Office Administrator for a 6-9 month maternity cover contract. You will work around 20 hours per week (flexible to your preference) and you will ideally have experience in a similar role in the Construction Industry as you will support the contracts management team within the office with administrative duties.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Telephone and email liaison with customers and suppliers

• Receptionist duties

• Ordering materials and processing purchase orders

• Procurement support

• Other administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)

* Efficient, organised, can work to deadlines, and work independently

* Ability to maintain and build good relationships with a range of colleagues, suppliers, and other external stakeholders
