A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part-Time Sales Administrator to join a global manufacturer based in Ipswich. This is a varied and exciting role, where the successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks to support the operations of the Sales departments.
Hours: 20 hours per week, ideally afternoons Monday-Friday plus covering annual leave as and when required (This potentially could be negotiable for the right person)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Collation of all documentation to enable invoicing
* Providing effective and efficient support to enable responses to technical enquiries
* Providing prompt and effective support for all sales enquiries for customers, distributors and internal teams
* Producing quotations as requested by the field sales team
* Processing and progressing sales orders and provide order acknowledgements.
* Pricing in line with defined processes.
* Export administration
* Accounting queries relating to sales invoices, and working with finance to set up customer accounts and credit card payments
The ideal candidate will have previous sales administration experience, and proven administrative skills with particular attention to speed, accuracy and attention to detail. However, we will consider someone with strong customer service experience.
You will need to be customer focused and have a proactive nature when meeting the needs and expectations of customers. It is essential that you have the ability to take responsibility for your own workloads and to show initiative. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are imperative
