JOB TITLE: Customer Services Team Leader
SALARY: GBP30,500
LOCATION: Hayes

MUST have Pharma Industry Experience
MUST have worked in a Team Leader, Customer Services type role previously.
JOB ROLE
Supporting a team of Customer Services professionals.
Monitor their performance and motivate
Proactively anticipate an issues by standardising processes
Provide adequate training and onboarding
Promote feedback sessions
Developing and implementing KPI's for the team
Deal with performance management, coaching, advising, training and deal with things like annual leave requests and absences
Encourage an ethos of empowerment
