Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a client based in Wetherby who are looking to bring on board a Part-Time Shipping Administrator. This vacancy is a 6 month Maternity cover with potential to be extended. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and have strong administration experience, ideally within a Manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Processing of good and relevant receipts from the manufacturer
?? Dispatch of goods to customers on time and in full
?? Export compliance and control of good quality
?? Communicating with the customer re shipping and stock updates
?? Communication with the selected courier and freight contractors
?? Raising Purchase Orders using Sage50
?? Generating relevant despatch and shipping documents
?? Tracking progress of orders
?? Processing refunds and managing stock rotation and allocation

Key Skills:

-Excellent IT skills, including Excel, SAP, SALESFORCE
-Verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
-Ability to communicate to all levels
-Well organised and methodical worker
-Highly motivated (self-starting) and robust
-Ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively
