Are you a Senior Administrator and also hold Secretarial experience? This is the perfect role for you!

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator, who has all round secretarial experience to join a busy, well establised company in Bromsgrove. Our client is looking for a highly organised individual with experience of copy and audio typing to produce high quality professional reports. As the first point of call for any incoming calls and managing all on-going requirements to ensure smooth running of the business.

GBP21,000 - GBP24,000 dependent on experience

Duties within the role:

• Preparation of professional reports from templates where appropriate and correspondence in accordance with corporate requirements - either from audio or hand-written notes
• Quality control in the issue of all reports to our clients and other professionals
• Preparation and submission of all invoices and maintaining associated records
• Maintaining and updating fee income forecast schedule alongside the part time administrator and part time book keeper
• Diary management and coordination on behalf of Management team
• Answering telephones, including dealing with enquiries
• Managing office contracts and levels of supplies
• Client liaison
• Organising travel arrangements including booking trains and hotels
• Management of the office filing system including regular archiving
• Ability to work on own initiative when members of the surveying team are out of the office.
• Additional office and administrative duties as required.
• The ability to grow the role alongside our expanding company as an integral part of company operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience of working in a similar role
• An ability to work within a professional services environment.
• An excellent standard of audio and copy typing and experienced in the use of the full Microsoft Office packages, including word, excel and PowerPoint
• A team player who is versatile and happy to respond to the requirements of the business
• Confident at meeting tight deadlines and working in a pressurised environment at times
• Motivated, enthusiastic and ability to work on own initiative to support the running of the office
