Service Controller

The UPS Service Controller is a key function who is responsible for managing remedial works and emergency call outs, as well as coordinating with the PPM Scheduler to effectively schedule works across our experienced field engineering teams and 3rd party suppliers.
This role has responsibility for the day-to-day planning efficiencies and revenue/profit delivery within the division, safeguarding the business brand and reputation.
You will work in partnership with the divisional and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high levels of customer service to evolve the customer journey, whilst ensuring the continued growth of the division.
