Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join and strengthen there current team.
You will be second in control to the head chef and will need to be comfortable deputising in their absence, giving you a great opportunity to make a real impact and progress your career towards a head chef role.
Our client has a busy "fresh to table" operation within a busy country pub/restaurant
You will be dedicated to changing trends and experimentation within the industry and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a sous chef role and comfortable working with fresh food.
You will be able to bring the best out in others - and you'll take immense pride in every successful service and High Quality Presentation.
This is a rural location so Driving is Essential.
A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all be essential for this role. But we're interested in your personality and potential too - not just your previous experience.
