Sales Support Coordinator
Working as a Sales Support Coordinator for a national company based near Farnborough you will be able to apply your analytical and customer service skills coupled with your Excel and reporting experience.
You will be responsible for providing excellent sales support to account managers, sales team and vendors on a daily basis. This is an ideal opportunity if you have a keen eye for detail and have effective time management skills. Previous sales administration/sales support experience is essential.
Other day to day responsibilities;
* Provide daily sales administration support to the sales team, including regular report writing on vendor activity, preparation for sales reviews or new meetings with vendors
* Supporting account managers, handling incoming calls and email queries from customers and performing adhoc administrative duties
* Manage hotel bookings and travel arrangements
For this position you will need to have extensive experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and experience supporting a sales team.
Onsite parking available. Own transport required due to company location.
