Job: HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician (Mon - Fri)
Location: Rotherham
Pay: GBP13.83 - GBP16.94 PHR (Monday to Friday)
Our client is actively seeking a fully skilled an experienced HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician to join them at their popular workshop near the Rotherham area.
This is an excellent opportunity to work a straight Monday - Friday Shift with Overtime available at Time & Half (x 1.5).
You will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and hold a recognised Level 3 qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / Full Apprenticeship). A HGV Licence CE/CE1) would be desirable but not essential. You will be required to work a mixture of early shift (0600hrs - 1430hrs) and late shift (1400hrs - 2230hrs).
General duties for this HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician role include:
* Heavy Vehicle Inspections
* Running Defects
* Servicing, Maintenance & Repair
* Pre MOT Preparation
* Engine & Gearbox Repairs & Overhauls
* Complete all the relevant paperwork to a high standard
This position pays an hourly rate of GBP13.83 - GBP16.64 per hour.
