We are looking to recruit a skilled registered nurse to join the team at an Outstanding Rated complex needs mental health nursing home in the Moston, Greater Manchester area.
This nursing care home that provides nursing intervention for adults (male and
female) which can accommodate people with a variety of types of dementia aged 18 years and over and whom may present with complex challenges. It is currently registered to provide care for 59 people who may be informal or subject to certain conditions under the Mental Health Act 1983
The home is fantastically well led, and their dedicated team have achieved an outstanding rating with CQC.
Their aim is to provide appropriate, high quality, nursing care and treatment using a person centred approach that responds to any changes in the individual's needs.
They ensure that the service users feel comfortable within the environment to optimise recovery by providing a homely atmosphere on each unit. The primary objective is to facilitate as normal as possible a life for their service users, taking into account their illness, individual needs and wishes.
As a registered nurse you will be joining this quality focussed team to deliver high standards of nursing care.
Full Time contracts available, although part time may be considered. Choice of days or nights available, however some flexibility would be needed on occasion to cover annual leave.
You will be offered a great salary of GBP36,000 for a 42-hour contract, working three shifts one week and four the next. Preceptorships are also offered at this home to newly qualified nurses.
