SJS Consulting is a specialist recruitment consultancy. We recruit for clients in the manufacturing industry and source the best talent for employers behind famous brands like Hovis, Mr Kipling, Lurpak, Ambrosia, Uncle Bens and Dolmio sauces.
Due to our continued success we now seek to appoint a Sales Support administrator to join our friendly team of six people. In this role you will support the recruitment consultants and our resourcing manager and provide efficient and effective administrative support in a number of key areas. You will help populate data on our in-house database as well as format CVs, answer the telephone and undertake key admin and marketing projects, as required. Full training will be given.
As a small business it is important to us that we recruit someone who is outgoing, friendly and enjoys working within a fast, dynamic and changing environment. We also have an office dog (Denzel, the Chairman) so you'd need to be comfortable with this.
This role could suit someone starting out in their career, keen to gain experience and progress as the business grows. Equally, we would welcome applications from experienced admin professionals looking for a career change.
On offer is a competitive salary plus bonus and benefits. The hours of work are Monday to Friday ( 9-5:30 pm) with a 'Work from Home Wednesday' policy in place for the team.
The successful person will be proficient in Microsoft Office Software, be highly organised, with good attention to detail and enjoy working in a team environment.
