We have big goals over the next few years.

We’re going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.

Together we’ll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

Reporting to the Head of Network Fundraising, you will provide consultative support to Mind’s network of over 110 local Minds across all public fundraising disciplines. You will deliver a package of support which will have a transformational impact on fundraising at a local level through upskilling and capacity building. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fostering relationships and ensuring that we put local Minds at the heart of our planning and new product development.

You will need:

  • Significant experience in at least two public fundraising disciplines: community, events, legacies, individual giving
  • Experience of project management
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A sound understanding of digital fundraising and fundraising innovation

This role is 35hrs p/w; however, we are open to a four-day working week (28 hrs or compressed hours)
