The Opportunity
We have a new opportunity to join our rapidly growing and evolving Commercial Growth team. Due to our exciting recent product launch, we are continuing to grow our sales team designed to drive adoption of our advertising solutions and ensure we meet our business objectives.
You will be responsible for driving product adoption and awareness by calling eligible restaurant partners to sell Promoted Placement and additional advertising solutions where required. You will ensure our restaurant partners have a full understanding of our advertising solution during the sales process to establish a successful campaign and maximise the commercial opportunity (as measured by revenue generated and renewal rates of restaurant partners buying advertising products).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through phone, email and online demonstrations to the appropriate restaurant partners on our target lists
- Use data available to help restaurant partners understand the impact of our advertising solutions
- Ensure high restaurant partner satisfaction at all times during your interactions with restaurant partners
- Optimise existing campaigns via upsell and cross selling techniques
- Ensure our sales process is followed correctly at all times
- Identify new business opportunities where possible
- Manage retention and any other sales related campaign that is aligned to our business objectives
Required skills and experience
- Proven work experience in telesales or business development (2-3 years)
- Self motivator who thrives in a target driven environment
- Understanding of the food delivery and restaurant industry is a plus
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Highly organised with great communication skills
- Team player, you know what a good team dynamic looks like
- Hard working and capable of delivering under pressure
- Possess creative and innovative sales ideas
