RMS are proudly recruiting for a Tier one automotive manufacturer who are looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join a dynamic forward thinking team.
This is on a contract until December 2021 your main responsibilities will include-
Ensure despatched products are delivered in line with the agreed SLA.
Assist in the control & update of the Import & Export log, recording all required information as per AEO accreditation to ensure compliance to customs & excise.
Develop, maintain and review all transportation filing system to enable transport documentation to be easily accessible.
Ensure transport planning meets the business requirements
Generation & completion of the plants annual packaging consumption document for reporting to the environmental agency.
Develop understanding of customer web-based booking systems.
Raise warehouse documentation to support warehouse control of urgent customer orders, monitor progress and raise awareness to enable order to meet customer needs.
Create appropriate loading and despatch documentation required by the warehouse, couriers and customers to enable timely delivery of products.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Qualifications
Required
GCSEs at Grade C or above in Maths, English
Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of transportation networks.
Good problem solving
Excellent organisational skills
High level of analytical ability, accuracy and attention to detail.
High level proficiency with MS Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills & a team player
