We are looking for Woodgrain Operatives to join us on a full time Temp to Perm contract on our night production team based at our manufacturing site in Sutton in Ashfield.
We are looking for a number of people to work from 6pm to 6am Monday to Thursday.
As part of a dynamic and high performing Night team, you will prepare manufactured goods ready for delivery, ensure they are cut to specification and pack products ready for dispatch.
You will be required to work to deadlines and tight specifications and should have a keen eye for detail and quality, to ensure our valued customers receive their products correctly first time, every time, prepared to their individual needs.
Shift Pattern:
Nights - Monday to Thursday
3 month fixed term contract, potential to become permanent.Responsibilities:
Set the rollers for the production line
Ensure the line runs correctly with the right foiling products
Keep scrap/waste levels to a minimum
Ensure the sign off process is followedKey Skills / Experience:
Quality minded with attention to detail
Able to travel to our site in Sutton in Ashfield
Able to lift moderate loads
Able to manage time well and prioritise
A flexible approach to work
Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others
You will be working in a small team, so good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team is essential.Benefits:
