Grade 5, Point 18-23, ACTUAL salary is £21273- £23622
Permanent, full time, term time only +5 days
36:40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm, 40-minute break
Required to start 1st September 2021
The Governors of Blessed John Henry Newman RC College are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate individual to the role of Pastoral Coordinator. The successful candidate will help to lead the provision of a complementary service alongside teachers and other colleagues within the school to address the needs of pupils who need support to overcome barriers to learning to raise their aspirations and achieve their full potential. Under the supervision of the Pastoral Team Manager, the successful candidate will be based in a team of Pastoral Coordinators each supporting a year group and overall behaviour support network throughout the college.
