Service Desk Technician
Service Desk Technician required!
We are looking for a customer focused, technically minded individual to play a key role within our vibrant Head Office.
There's lots to do ???
Offering support for our purpose built inhouse system, across our growing network of firms, you will:
* Be the point of contact for any queries within the system both internally and across the network, resolving tasks effectively and efficiently.
* Diagnose and provide support for our IT hardware & software, for new and existing users.
* Ensure all queries are logged and dealt with inside agreed SLA's and analyse and report on trends.
* Produce and maintain documentation for upcoming and existing software releases.
* Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers.
* Reduce customer down-time, by use of workarounds and ultimately solutions / fixes.
* Ensure any major incidents are escalated to the appropriate person.
About You!
Full training will be provided to ensure you can quickly get up to speed, but to be successful in this role you need to demonstrate:
* Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills.
* Logical thinking, along with strong experience of problem solving, troubleshooting and fault-finding software applications issues.
* Outstanding customer service skills with a positive outlook.
* Excellent documentation and knowledge sharing skills.
* Able to translate technology into simple terms.
* Experience of laptop builds and supporting both in house and external customers.
* Experience of helping users to convey information to both technical and non-technical people within the business.
