Branch Manager
Chase Taylor have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to work with a well-established trade counter business who specialise in selling building products, plastics and windows etc.,
Based from their depot in Nottinghamshire the main duties of the role are to ensure that the branch operates efficiently and to high standards, delivering the highest customer service to maximise profitability and profit margin. You will manage, support and develop a team of Trade Counter Assistants and Warehouse Supervisors, continually promoting the expanding product range. You will work alongside the Sales Manager and Regional Support Teams to achieve sales and budget targets.
Applicants will need to be hands-on, lead by example and be focused on driving your team to reach sales and branch targets. Your motivation and ability to inspire people will play a big part in your success. This is a Monday-Friday position with rotating Saturday morning shifts.
