Embedded Software Engineer, RTOS

We are looking for an experienced embedded software engineer to place in a highly varied role working on board bring-up, a mix of PowerPC, Intel and ARM based boards. Staff retention in this team is very high, what embedded software engineers seem to like best about this role is that there is never a quiet moment. There are always new products coming through, they always work with the latest, leading processors and different operating systems week to week. They are typically working with Linux or VxWorks, hence the need for previous RTOS experience.

We are looking for an embedded software engineer with experience in at least 1 real time operating system and an openness to learn others. You will be the kind of embedded software engineer who relishes the opportunity to try different things, share views and always looks to improve processes. As well as RTOS experience, exposure to any of the following will be beneficial: bare metal programming, low level drivers, BIOS, U-Boot, UEFI, Embedded Linux, VxWorks, C, assembly, Agile.
