We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator to work for our client, Europe's leading vending, coffee and refreshment provider. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role based at their Basingstoke contact centre.

This role will suit someone with drive, determination and commitment to get things done. You will have confident, with a high level of self-motivation, possess the ability to work to own initiative and a hands-on attitude.

The Role
The Sales Support Administrator role is multi-faceted with client contact, administrative support and reporting forming the main tasks. You will research the sales pipeline, identifying and quantifying new business opportunities. You will produce compelling customer proposals for the Sales Teams, producing templates and reports needed to pitch and upsell to clients.

Key tasks to include
- Produce timely and accurate management information as required by the business
- Support the Sales teams in strategic and tactical account development
- Ensure you document activities correctly on the CRM
- Manage the installations and operational activities for the Client/Sales teams in partnership with the operations team

The Candidate
- Experience providing a high standard of support in previous fast-paced sales functions
- Experience of data analysis and putting together presentations, reports and templates
- Strong IT skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint essential
- A helpful and resourceful individual with a positive attitude and high resilience
- Service minded with an attention to detail
- Ability to drive results and work across departments
- Ability to communicate oral and written information concisely, logically, to internal and external parties

The Package
Basic salary: Salary up to GBP21,000 for the ideal candidate.
