The Role
 
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide a high level of administrative support to our Sales Team.
 
Specifically, you will process customer orders accurately, purchase software licenses from suppliers and raise and send invoices.
 
Maintaining and updating records in Xero and Salesforce, you will ensure correct contract and license data and track internal accuracy to ensure quality control.
 
Additionally, your role will involve:
 
- Liaising with internal sales team to process non-standard orders
- Supporting the resolution of order issues
- Dealing with suppliers to process non-standard order requests
- Providing administrative support to enhance Sales and Finance operations
 
About You
 
To join us as a Sales Administrator, you will need:
 
- Previous experience in a sales order processing role
- Experience in handling large and complex customer orders
 
Previous experience using Salesforce would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
