Mobile Cleaner

The Role - Mobile Cleaner
Pinnacle Group are looking for enthusiastic individuals to carry out work for one of our clients. The individuals must be able to work as part of a team and use own initiative, delivering a full range cleaning service, ensuring the service is continuously improved, and the cleaning specification met and exceeded. The Mobile Cleaner will be visiting between 30-40 sites per week to perform the cleaning duties and will need a Driving Licence to commute to the different Housing Estates.
Duties/Key Responsibilities
•Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, laundry rooms, shared kitchens and bathrooms etc. as per requires contract specification.
•Litter picking and sweeping, cleaning internal windows, ledges, handrails, skirting boards etc.
•Advising Manager of materials / equipment to be ordered, ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
•Reporting repairs / issues in communal areas.
•Deep Cleaning and use of Cleaning Chemicals
•Other reasonable duties as directed by Manager
Skills Required
•Good communication skills
•Full UK Driving Licence
•The ability to work as part of a team and be able to demonstrate initiative
•Some cleaning experience would be preferred
•To be able to demonstrate the behaviours required as outlined in the Living the Values section of the Pinnacle Way booklet
