Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a Conveyancing Secretary to join the team.
As a Conveyancing Secretary you will assist in processing the conveyancing work in the Residential Property department. You will have good working knowledge of freehold residential conveyancing along with accurate typing. Must have a good sense of layout and presentation of letters and documentation and good English grammar. Excellent telephone manner and have the ability to deal with clients.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Secretarial
* Residential Sales, Purchases, and re-Mortgages in accordance with the firm's guidelines and protocols from time to time in force.
* To assist your principal with the residential conveyancing work.
* Audio typing, preparing and amending documents.
* To undertake all necessary and ancillary tasks incidental to Residential Conveyancing.
* Liaising with Accounts department to obtain cheques etc, as necessary.
* To utilise residential property case manager forms/letters.
* Provide reception cover and carry out reception duties when required.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:30 Friday 09:00 to 17:00 1 Hour Lunch.
