We are currently seeking a Depot Supervisor to join our team in September 2021 for a max 4 month FTC.
The shift pattern is 5 days from 6 (Monday - Saturday) either 3am-11am or 9:30am-6pm.

As our Depot Supervisor you will be responsible for working with the Depot Manager to achieve the required depot performance through effective planning, organisation, direction and control of the depot team.
Effective execution of all delivery procedures to achieve the correct service levels for our customers' requirements.
Supporting with planning of manning levels, recruitment, training, development and the discipline of the team.
Communicating, motivating, training and developing your team of drivers effectively.
Responsibility for the maintenance of all vehicles at the depot and ensure they are all legally compliant and ideally have their CPC qualification.Job DescriptionYou may not have heard of us, but we're sure you've tried our products. Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 18 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 11,500 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.

What we're looking for
You will be self-motivated, flexible and a good communicator at all levels
You will have considerable experience of managing a team within a warehouse, logistics or transport environment
