A specialist chemical and waste company based in Malvern are looking to recruit a Sales and Purchase Ledger Administrator.

As the successful Administrator your duties and responsibilities will include:

Taking customer order details by telephone and from email requests
Sales order processing using Sage 50 Accounts
Confirming the status of customer orders and deliveries, keeping customers updated regarding any delays / changes to orders
Liaising with the warehouse to resolve picking and despatch queries
Processing and generating freight paperwork for despatch
Plan routes and create run sheets for drivers
Put all run sheet paperwork together and book deliveries/collections with customers/suppliers and obtain booking references prior to despatch (inc waste)
Compiling emails, quotations and letters etc.
Answering the telephone
Administrative support for Directors and Sales personnel as required
Filing
Coding and posting supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner using Sage 50 Accounts
Supplier statement reconciliations
Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Ensuring all procedures on company quality system ISO (Apply online only) are adhered to at all times
We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:

Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular excel spreadsheets
Sage 50 experience or other accounts package preferable
Ability to work alone but also to work within a team
Reliable/Flexible
