We a currently representing a leading food manufacture who are looking for a Factory Manager to drive change into the business.
This will be reporting directly into the Head of Operations and the ideal candidate will have food manufacturing experience in a chilled environment. Ideally you will have exposure to major UK retailers and have experience in delivering change and roll your sleeves up on the factory floor.
Required Skills
• Have previous experience managing large numbers of production employees indirectly.
• Be comfortable with driving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Constantly look to improve on KPI's and use CI to push the site forward.
• Have strong leadership skills and an ability to engage and motivate teams.
• Possess strong financial and commercial awareness
